(Feb 2026) Students in Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh celebrated our St Bridget’s day with a craft workshop led by TY students. The older boys instructed younger junior cycle students on how to make a traditional St Bridget’s Day cross from reeds gathered locally. Apart from having run, the workshop offered an opportunity to explore the real meaning behind the day and to discuss our national saint’s relevance to modern Irish society.
