Mr David O’Kelly (Chairperson)
David is Chairperson of the trust and a former Principal of Bunscoil Chríost Rí, Turners Cross, Cork. David has also served as Chairperson of a Board of Management in a Cork City School. He is also the author of the authoratative history of Nemo Rangers Hurling and Football Club.
Mr Peter Groarke (Deputy Chairperson)
Peter works as a solicitor specialising in health case law working with RDJ Solicitors, Mahon, Cork
Ms. Sharon Gillane
Sharon is an assistant Principal and teacher of German at Presentation Brothers College, Cork.
Mr. Seán Culhane
Seán is the former Principal of Coláiste Chríost Rí, Capwell Road, Cork. Seán has also served as the Chairperson of the Board of Management at both Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh and Coláiste Muire.
Ms Regina O’Sullivan
Regina is a retired primary school principal and is now working as Co-ordinator for Primary Schools with the Cork and Ross Diocesan Education Secretariat.
Mr James Linehan
James is a former teacher at Coláiste Chríost Rí and now Examinations and Assessment Manager (Advising Examiner for Geography) with the State Exams Commission.
Mr Pat Murphy
Pat is a retired manager at AIB Capital Markets and now works in the tourism industry.

Tim is a former Chairman of the Board of Managment at Presentation College, Mardyke and is retired from the Department of Education & Skills. He is a part-time lecturer in U.C.C.
Mr Pat Coffey
Pat is a former Chief Examining Advisor for English with the Stae Examininations Commission and formerly a teacher of English at Presentation Brothers College.
Mr TJ Coakley
TJ is the retired Deputy Principal at Bunscoil Chríost Rí and former Diocesan Advisor for Primary Schools.
Ms Paula Sweeney
Paula is a former Principal of Coláiste Muire, Cobh and currently Chairperson of a number of Boards of Management in Catholic schools.
Mr Jack O’Sullivan
Jack is a retired director of O’Leary Insurances and is a founder director and former Chairperson of PBST. He currently serves as Chairperson of the Board of Management at Presentation Brothers College.
Mr. Tony Bellow
Tony is a retired Principal and former Chairperson of the Board of Management at Presentation College, Bray. He also works as a mentor to educational professionals and has authored works in the area of school guidance and counselling.
Mr Dáithí Ó hAodha
Dáithí is the retired Deputy Principal at Coláiste Chríost Rí and is currently working as the Missions Development Officer with the Presentation Brothers.
Ms Carmel Murphy
Carmel is a former Chairperson of Presentation Brothers Schools Trust and a retired teacher of Gaeilge at Presentation Brothers College, Cork.
Chief Executive Officer
Michael is the Chief Executive Officer of PBST. He is a graduate of UCC with a BA in English and Geography and of the University of Hull with an MEd where he specialised in teacher professionalisation. He also has an Advanced Diploma in Applied Educational Studies (University of Hull) and a Post Graduate Diploma in Professional Education Studies (School Planning) from NUIG. Prior to his appointment with PBST, he served as Principal at Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh, Bishopstown, Cork. Michael was formerly a member of the Board of the Christian Leadership in Education Office (CLEO) and has served on a number of school Boards of Management at both primary and second level.
The Office of the CEO is the agency through which the Presentation Brothers Schools Trust develops and manages the school communities in its trust as they continue to foster the Presentation tradition of Edmund Rice education.
MISSION STATEMENT
The Office of the CEO is committed to enabling our school communities promote catholic education that is inclusive and just.
AIMS:
- To assist school Principals and Deputy Principals in exercising positive leadership
- To appoint, train and support Boards of Management
- To provide induction for new teachers in the schools
- To develop a network among our schools
- To foster links with other educational bodies
- To ensure that all relevant legislation pertaining to schools is observed
- To promote good financial practices in all schools
- To attend to all property issues relating to schools
- To initiating and promoting projects such as Peace & Justice Groups in all schools
- To provide advice to Boards and Principals on issues arising in schools
- To promote an Immersion Programme in Developing World
