Following a recent staff seminar in each of our schools on the Four Core Values of Faith, Character, Community and Justice of PBST Education a Report was compiled that contains many recommendations , which are now being examined by the Board of PBST.

Each staff examined practical ways that the PBST Spirit can be promoted by each and every member of staff irrespective of their role in the school and also in a way that respects their personal values and beliefs.
It was clear from the engagement in all schools in the area of spirit, values and ethos that the vast majority of staff were more than open to deepening the conversation around the “spirit difference” in their schools. It was remarkable to observe the manner in which the faith dimension is interwoven with all other dimensions of spirit and school life.
