Current and former directors, members, CEOs and Principals along with Brothers Raymond, Walter and Martin of the Presentation Brothers gathered at St Dominic’s Retreat Centre, Ennismore on Wednesday 4th December 2019 to celebrate the tenth anniversary of the setting up of PBST. The day began with the celebration of Mass by Fr Billy O’Sullivan (brother of former trust chairman, Jack O’Sullivan). The joy of the celebration was enhanced by the music provided by the trad group from Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh. Following the Mass, the group adjourned to the dining room for lunch where the guests were welcomed by trust chairman, Colm Ó Corcora. A highlight of the event was an insightful and inspiring address by Brother Martin who addressed the question: ‘Should we keep faith in Catholic Schools in a changing Ireland?’ Referencing St John Newman and Blessed Edmund Rice as well as the current work of both the congregation and the trust, the answer was a resounding ‘Yes!’
