On Friday 14th January, students at Coláiste an Spiopraid Naoimh remembered Ashling Murphy who died so tragically in Tullamore a few days previously. A candle was lit in the front foyer and a minute’s silence was observed in memory of this talented young teacher. Ashling graduated last October from Mary Immaculate College with some past pupils of Coláiste an Spioraid Naoimh. Staff and students extended their deepest sympathies to Ashling’s family, her friends and to all in her school community.  Ar dheis Dé go raibh a hanam dilis.
